Our service

We develop your 16mm / 35mm film material either as a colour negative (ECN-2), colour reversal (E-6) or black and white negative or black and white reversal.

We can then digitise the material in resolutions up to 6.5K with ARRISCAN XT or SCANITY HDR, as well as offer a complete DI / dailies pipeline including grading & sound sync.

How it works

We provide productions with customised offers and a personal, always available in-house producer. Tightest timings (same day) are possible.

We are guided by the given requirements and work seamlessly with internationally established post-production companies such as CO3.

How does the process work?

It's simple: a quick email to lkh (at) cinegrell.de or kim (at) cinegrell.de and the ball is rolling. We take care of everything else: from raw film and advice on transport logistics to material/looktests and final grading.

We offer complete end to end production services for film based productions and scale with the requirements of the project. We know what's important and support small and large productions in Berlin, Europe and around the world.

ARRISCAN XT

The classic high-end DI scanner: The ARRISCAN XT is the classic choice for a DI workflow with HD dailies and 4K scan via EDL.

SCANITY HDR

The SCANITY is the alternative to the Arriscan - de facto the modern industry standard, the Scanity 4K Scan Once can be used to realise workflows with correspondingly fast turnarounds.
