We recommend insured shipping with tracking. For shipments from outside the EU, especially Switzerland, please note our customs information.
As soon as the film arrives and has been unpacked, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.
After the film has been developed and scanned, we will send you a cloud link with your files. Depending on the payment method, the link may only be sent after receipt of payment.
You can bring the film to us in person at any time during our opening hours in Berlin, or send it to us conveniently by post or courier.
