For productions or customers with very tight deadlines, we recommend requesting a custom quote instead of booking your order online.
Fill out the online order form and pack your film together with a printout of the order confirmation or at least a note with your order number .
We recommend using insured shipping with tracking (e.g. DHL/DHL Express, FedEx or UPS) and please send your films to:

As soon as your film has arrived and been unpacked, you will receive a Dropoff Confirmation..
Once your order has been completed, we will send you the final invoice. If you ordered scans, you will also receive a cloud link to your files. Once payment has been received, your processed film and/or scans will be shipped or made available.
You can bring the film to us in person at any time during our opening hours in Berlin, or send it to us conveniently by post or courier.
