Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Notwithstanding the above, in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Andec Cinegrell Filmtechnik GmbH, e-mail address: [email protected], telephone number: +49 (0)30 691 7036) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
  
  
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
  
  
• The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
  
  
• The right of revocation expires prematurely if we have only started to execute the contract after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of revocation when we start to fulfill the contract and we have made the content of your declaration available to you on a durable medium within a reasonable period of time after conclusion of the contract, but at the latest upon delivery of the goods or before the execution of the service begins. We would like to point out that we can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
  
  
• The right of revocation expires prematurely if we have only started to execute the contract after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of revocation when we start to fulfill the contract. • The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who have their domicile, habitual residence or delivery address outside a member state of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) at the time of conclusion of the contract and delivery and do not belong to one of these member states.
  
  
• Film material (unexposed photographic materials, including but not limited to Super8, 16mm and 35mm film in cartridges, rolls or other packaging) is considered a perishable product that can be adversely affected by environmental influences after delivery. Since we as a reseller guarantee the freshness of the film material sold by us and its proper storage, we must categorically rule out the possibility of returning film material that has already been delivered. Exceptions to this are returns on the same or the following working day if the materials have been collected on site and not sent by post.
